What you receive
Guide suggestions based on your stage, interests and concerns.
This is not an aptitude test, a career recommendation or a personalised report.
Privacy
No name or email is requested, and your result is worked out in your browser. As you go, anonymous answer counts are sent for aggregate statistics: a number per day for each answer code, with nothing about you attached.
The result link contains only your answer codes, so you can reopen or share it.
Common questions
Is the Career Quick Check really free?
Yes. It is free, needs no account and no email, and there is nothing to pay at the end.
Does it save or send my answers?
The questions and your result run in your browser, and we do not ask for your name or email. As you go, the quick check sends the answer codes you chose (for example your class and interests) to us as anonymous counts for aggregate statistics: we store only a number per day for each answer code, with nothing about you attached, and we do not keep your answers as a record of you. The result link only contains your answer codes, so you can reopen or share it.
Is this a career test?
No. It is not a test and it does not tell you what to become. It points you to the free guides that match your class, interests and worries, so you know where to start reading.
How is it different from a roadmap?
The quick check uses a handful of broad answers. A RoadmapMint roadmap looks at your actual subjects, marks, interests, budget and limits and gives you a personalised sequence of next steps.
Can parents use it?
Yes. Choose "I am a parent" at the first question and answer for your child. The result includes guides written for families.
How long does it take?
About two minutes. There are five or six questions, and you can go back and change an answer at any point.
