What to include

Before you buy
Tell us what you are unsure about. We can explain what the roadmap covers and what it cannot do. The FAQ and sample reports may answer it faster.
Orders and payments
Your Order ID, the email used at checkout, and what you expected to happen.
Report access or download
Your Order ID and what happened when you opened or downloaded the report. Your delivery email gives the download link and its expiry details. To track an order or ask for the link again, use the status page. If a link has expired, tell us your Order ID.
