How it works
From your answers to a personalised roadmap.
Complete a guided assessment, review your answers and choose your report. After payment is confirmed, the RoadmapMint Report Engine prepares your personalised PDF.
Four stages, start to finish
From your first answer to a PDF in your inbox.
-
Step 1
Answer and review
A short guided assessment that adapts to you. Check every answer before you go further.
More detail
Answer questions about your situation: school or education stage, qualifications, work experience, skills, strengths and what matters to you. It has up to six short sections and only asks what is relevant. Choose what you are aiming for: a specific course, a career area, a designation, or tell us you are still exploring. Students and parents are both welcome.
Before you pay you can go back and correct any answer, and a review screen shows everything you entered. Each section you confirm with Continue is kept privately for your visit, so refreshing the page returns you to where you were. Opening the assessment again from a link, the menu, a typed address or a new tab starts a new one. While you type, the current screen is saved as a draft and the page tells you when it is Saving, Saved, or could not save; a draft only becomes an answer when you press Continue. Until you verify your email, everything is cleared after a period of inactivity.
-
Step 2
Confirm and pay
Confirm your email with a one-time code, accept the terms and pay securely online.
More detail
After you review your answers, you add where to send your roadmap and confirm that email address with a one-time code; this takes no payment. If the roadmap is for someone under 18, a parent or legal guardian fills it in on their behalf: after the review they give their own details and consent, and confirm their email with a one-time code before any order is created. At checkout you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and your consent is recorded against your order.
Choose your report version, then pay online using the payment options shown at checkout for your currency. We never see or store your card details. Your roadmap is prepared only after your payment is confirmed.
-
Step 3
Your report is prepared
Your answers are matched with structured education and career data, then written and checked.
More detail
After payment is confirmed, your answers are matched against structured education and career data and your roadmap is written with AI-assisted reasoning. Automated checks run before the report is finalised, and a part that fails a check is sent back for another attempt, which can occasionally add time.
We aim to deliver most roadmaps in 1–3 hours, and in rare cases it can take up to 24 hours. You don’t need to keep your browser open.
-
Step 4
Download and use
A secure link arrives by email as soon as your PDF is ready.
More detail
Your delivery email includes the download link and its expiry details. Save your PDF when it arrives.
You can also check your status with your email and order ID, and ask for the link to be sent again. Your roadmap stays exactly as generated; later data updates don’t alter it.
The planning framework
Every roadmap connects five parts, built from your own education, experience, strengths and goals, not just the career title you pick.
- Current positionWhere you are
- TargetWhere you want to go
- GapWhat’s in between
- PathwayRoutes to explore
- Next actionsWhat to do right now
What goes into your report
Built from your own answers, structured education and career requirements data, and AI-assisted reasoning. It arrives as a print-ready A4 PDF.
Your profile
Your stage, qualifications, experience, skills, strengths, goals and priorities, all captured and used.
Requirements and gaps
What your targets typically require, what is missing, and alternative routes. A planning aid, not an official eligibility check.
Step-by-step journeys
A detailed step-by-step journey for each direction, with typical entrance exams, admission routes, specialisations and indicative timelines, which vary by country and institution. Summary and Brief are shorter versions of the same report.
Recommended path and next actions
A clear recommendation for right now, and specific actions you can start on this week.
Resources and reading
The kinds of books, courses and certifications that suit your pathway, described by type and purpose.
What to verify
A checklist of the rules, dates and requirements to confirm with the official source before you act.
How your report is prepared
Not a single answer typed into a box. The Report Engine builds your roadmap in stages, with checks along the way.
Structured profile
Your answers become one consistent profile, which also sets where each route starts.
Relevant directions
Realistic directions, your position, the gaps and a recommended path come first.
Route detail
Each direction gets its own route, written separately, to the depth of the version you choose.
Automated checks
Structure, consistency, our data and outcome-promising wording. A failed part is redone.
PDF assembly
Parts are combined, checked again and built into a print-ready PDF with a verify list.
Automated checks look for structure and consistency problems. They do not establish official eligibility or guarantee admission, jobs or any other outcome, and a roadmap is a planning aid that can contain errors. Always confirm requirements, dates and eligibility with the official source before you act.
Questions that adapt to you.
School students and working professionals see different questions, with no filler or repetition. It starts with who the roadmap is for and their date of birth, then covers education, goals and preferences. Their name and the contact details come after you review your answers, and nothing is asked twice.
Once payment is confirmed and generation begins, your answers are locked, so your roadmap stays consistent with the inputs it was built from.
- Questions adapt to your stage and situation
- Review and correct your answers before payment
- Your progress is kept while you complete it
