About RoadmapMint

What it is and who it is for

RoadmapMint analyses the information you provide and creates a personalised education and career roadmap built around your current position and goals. It follows a five-part framework — Current Position → Target → Gap → Pathway → Next Actions — to identify relevant requirements, gaps, possible pathways and practical next steps, delivered as a PDF report.
Students planning their next academic step, parents or guardians helping a child plan theirs, working professionals planning a career move, and career changers mapping a transition into a new field. The assessment adapts its questions to who is completing it.
Your roadmap is built from your own assessment answers — your current position, target and relevant background — checked against structured education and career data. It is not a generic template; the content, gaps and pathway shown are shaped by your actual profile.
A chatbot can help you explore ideas. RoadmapMint combines a guided assessment, a consistent planning framework and a personalised PDF of relevant pathways, requirements, gaps and next steps, all organised around your background and goals. You can compare the sample reports to see the difference before you decide.
It starts with a guided assessment of your background and goals and combines your answers with structured education and career information. After payment, your report is prepared in stages with AI-assisted reasoning and writing, automated checks look for structural and consistency problems, and you receive a PDF you can keep and reuse. The roadmap is a planning aid: it can contain errors, it does not replace human counselling, and it cannot guarantee any outcome, so confirm requirements with the official source. To judge the value for yourself, look at the sample reports or read how it works.
Yes. You can describe your qualifications in your own words, including IGCSE, A Levels, IB, state boards and more, and the roadmap uses the terms you gave rather than assuming one country's system. It notes where routes vary by country or institution, so always verify requirements with the official source.

Assessment & Personalisation

Questions, answers and personalisation

You answer a short, guided assessment of six steps: your current education stage or role, background, skills and interests, your goals, what matters to you, and how you like to learn. The questions adapt to your situation. For example, a student exploring options is asked different things than a working professional planning a career change. Your answers are then checked against structured education and career data to build your roadmap.
The assessment has up to six short sections. The number of questions varies a little, because it only asks what is relevant to your situation. Each section you confirm with Continue is kept privately on our server for your visit, so refreshing the page returns you to where you were, while opening the assessment again from a link, the menu, a typed address or a new tab starts a new assessment instead (the earlier one is not reopened automatically). While you type, the screen you are on is also saved as a draft on our server, and the page tells you when it is Saving, Saved, or could not save; a draft is restored after a refresh but is not counted as an answer until you press Continue. If saving fails, a refresh can lose what you have typed on that screen. Until you verify your email, everything is cleared after a period of inactivity. Once an order exists, an unpaid order and its answers are deleted automatically after the retention period in our Privacy Policy. You can review and correct your answers before you pay.
No. You can review and correct every answer before you pay. Once payment is confirmed and your roadmap starts to generate, your answers are locked so the roadmap stays consistent with the inputs it was built from.
Yes. A parent or guardian can complete the assessment on behalf of a child, or work through it together. For a child under 18, the parent or guardian's consent is captured and their email is verified before the order is created.
Two to six. There is no single "primary" goal — all goals you enter are treated equally.
That's fine — the assessment is built to help you explore rather than requiring a fixed target upfront. If you're unsure, your roadmap can focus on narrowing down realistic directions based on your background and interests.
You can type your own wording rather than picking the closest match. Your goal is preserved as you entered it and handled as a custom target where appropriate.

The Roadmap

What your report contains

A personalised PDF report covering where you stand today, the gaps to your target, an opportunities and goal-fit comparison (up to 8 matched roles), and a route for each of your directions. The Detailed version, shown in the sample report, sets out requirements and prerequisites, alternative routes, stage-by-stage milestones, relevant skills, projects, exams and certifications, and suggested resources matched to each pathway, plus detailed general guidance. Summary and Brief are shorter versions of the same report. You choose your version after the assessment.
Your stated background is compared with structured requirements data to show what you already have, what needs more preparation, and which prerequisites are missing.
Your roadmap shows the typical requirements for each pathway and where you have gaps, based on your assessment answers. This is a planning aid, not an official eligibility determination — always verify requirements with the relevant official source.
Your roadmap shows where you fall short of the typical requirements. In the Detailed version, each journey sets out indicative steps to close each gap, along with alternative pathways where one exists. Whether you meet a requirement is always decided by the institution or body that sets it.
Yes, where they exist — for example, a certification-and-portfolio route alongside a formal degree route. Alternative routes are shown in the Detailed version's journeys. Not every target has an alternative pathway, but where one does, it is shown there.
The Detailed version's journeys list the relevant skills, projects, exams and certifications for each pathway, along with suggested resources that could help you act on them. The shorter versions give a briefer route summary.
AI assists with the reasoning and writing. The structure comes from your answers and our education and career data, and AI assistance is disclosed in your roadmap. Automated checks run before delivery; a part that fails a check is sent back for another attempt. These checks look for structure and consistency problems. They do not guarantee that another attempt will succeed or that every detail is accurate, so please verify important details with official sources. RoadmapMint does not provide human counselling.

Purchase & Delivery

Payment, delivery and downloads

You complete the assessment and review and correct your answers first. Payment is required to generate your roadmap. AI report preparation starts after payment confirmation.
You choose Summary, Brief or Detailed after you finish the assessment, on the screen before payment. All three start from the same assessment and the same opportunities and goal-fit comparison. A “Compare the three reports” window on that screen shows what each version gives, with its price. You can also choose up to three free guides there. The sample report shows the Detailed version.
Purchase only through the official RoadmapMint website and its checkout. Do not pay anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf. If someone asks you to pay them, or pretends to be RoadmapMint, tell us.
Yes. You pay once. There is no subscription, renewal or hidden add-on, and the price shown before payment is the price you pay.
When your roadmap is ready, we email you a secure download link. You can also check your order status on the website with your email and Order ID, and request the link again.
We try to deliver most roadmaps within about 1–3 hours after successful payment. This is a target, not a promise, and some take longer.
Each roadmap goes through automated checks before it is finalised, and a part that fails a check is sent back for another attempt. That can add time, which is why some reports take longer than the usual 1–3 hours. In rare cases delivery can take up to 24 hours.
Your delivery email includes the download link and its expiry details. Save your PDF when it arrives. No account login is needed. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or use the status page with your email and Order ID. If a link has expired or does not work, request a new one on the status page, or contact us with your Order ID so we can look into it.
Yes. Our sample report shows selected real pages from a Detailed report for an illustrative profile, so you can see the level of detail before you start. The complete report is not published.

Refunds

When and how you can ask

Two things. If your roadmap isn't delivered by email within 24 hours of a successful payment, you can request a refund. And our 7-day money-back promise covers a delivered report that doesn't reflect your answers, has a clear error or missing sections we can't correct, or can't be opened. See our full Refund Policy for the conditions.
If, within 7 days of your report first being delivered, you tell us that it doesn't reflect the answers you submitted, has a clear factual or completeness error (or is missing sections your plan includes), or can't be opened or downloaded, we check your order. If we can't correct the problem, we refund what you paid. We may first offer to correct and re-issue the report.
A change of mind, disagreeing with the recommendations, expecting a particular outcome (such as an admission, job or exam result), answers that were incomplete or inaccurate, requests after the 7 days, and misuse or repeated claims. Because the roadmap is generated from your answers and delivered as a digital file, these aren't covered. See section 5 of the Refund Policy.
For the 7-day promise, contact us within the 7 days with your Order ID, the email used at checkout and a short description of what is wrong, naming the page or section if you can. For late delivery, send your Order ID and payment/order details so we can verify the order and delivery status.
No. A refund is not based on whether you personally agree with the roadmap's recommendations or expected a particular outcome — the roadmap is generated from the information you provided during the assessment. That is why sample reports are available before you pay.

Support & Limitations

Help, and what we do not do

The roadmap is a planning resource for you to act on.
No. RoadmapMint does not guarantee admission, employment or any career outcome. Final decisions always rest with the relevant institutions, examining bodies or employers.
Contact us with your Order ID and a description of the issue, and we'll help you regain access.
You are welcome to contact us before you buy, or about payment, orders and technical issues with accessing or downloading your report. We cannot provide personalised counselling, coaching, tutoring, admissions assistance, or ongoing implementation support. See our Contact page.

Privacy & Data

How your information is handled

Information you provide during the assessment — your education stage or role, background, skills and interests, and target — along with the contact details needed to deliver your roadmap. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
To confirm delivery of your roadmap to the right address and to protect your order and report access from being accessed by anyone else. You verify your email with a one-time code after reviewing your answers, and this takes no payment.
A roadmap for a person under 18 must be ordered by a parent or legal guardian, whose consent is captured and whose email is verified before the order is created. The same data-handling protections apply as for any other assessment.
Your assessment data is used to build your roadmap and is not sold to third parties. AI services are used to prepare your report; the Privacy Policy explains how.
Unpaid orders and their answers are removed automatically after a short retention period. Records of paid orders are kept as business and financial records. You can ask us to delete or anonymise personal data we are not legally required to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.
