1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoadmapMint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If the roadmap is for a person under 18, it must be ordered by that person’s parent or legal guardian (aged 18 or over), who confirms they have the authority to agree to these Terms and to give consent on the minor’s behalf.

2. What RoadmapMint Provides

RoadmapMint provides a personalised education and career roadmap based on your assessment responses, checked against structured education and career data, with AI-assisted reasoning and writing. It is offered in three versions: Summary, Brief and Detailed. You choose one after you complete the assessment, and what each version includes is shown at that point, before you pay. You may also choose up to three free guides from those shown for your situation, to be included with your report. The roadmap is a planning tool — it maps pathways, requirements, and next actions relevant to your stated situation. It describes common routes, typical stages and indicative timelines; these are an indication of possible paths, not an exact or only path, and real routes, durations and requirements vary. The career guide pages on this website are general information only; they are not part of the paid roadmap and are not advice for your individual situation.

3. Account & Order Access

RoadmapMint does not require a traditional account login. Orders are accessed using your email address and order ID. You are responsible for keeping your order ID confidential and providing accurate information during the assessment.

4. Payment

RoadmapMint charges a one-time price for the version you choose (Summary, Brief or Detailed), shown clearly before payment. Payment is processed by the third-party payment provider shown at checkout — RoadmapMint does not store your payment card or banking details. Your roadmap is generated only after payment is verified.

Purchase only through the official RoadmapMint website and its checkout. Do not pay anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf. If someone asks you to pay them for RoadmapMint, tell us.

5. Roadmap Generation & Delivery

Once payment is verified, your assessment answers are locked and your roadmap is generated automatically. Most roadmaps are delivered within 1–3 hours after successful payment; in exceptional cases, technical or AI-processing issues may extend delivery up to 24 hours. This includes times when the AI services we rely on are unavailable; we retry automatically and the 24-hour window in our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to each order. Download access is provided for a limited period (7 days by default) through the secure link in your delivery email; if you lose the email while the link is still valid, you can have it sent again on the Check status page; once the period has ended the link shows as expired.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

RoadmapMint maps pathways, requirements, and next actions based on structured data and your stated profile. It does not guarantee admission, eligibility, selection, employment, or any particular outcome. Education and career requirements can change and vary by institution, programme and country. Always verify important requirements with the relevant official source before making decisions.

7. AI-Assisted Content

Your roadmap is produced with AI assistance for reasoning and writing, working within structured data relevant to your situation. We use third-party AI service providers (more than one, which we may switch between) to process your answers after payment. AI output may contain errors; we apply automated checks but cannot guarantee that every detail, such as qualification names, durations or requirements, is accurate or current, so please verify important points with the official source. This is disclosed in your roadmap and in our notice on how AI is used, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including submitting false information intended to abuse the assessment, attempting to access another person's order without authorisation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The RoadmapMint name, logo, website, and underlying software are the property of RoadmapMint. Your generated roadmap PDF is yours to use personally once delivered. You may not resell, republish or commercially redistribute roadmaps, the website content or the sample reports without our written permission.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, including our 7-day money-back promise and its conditions, is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

RoadmapMint is provided as a planning aid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadmapMint is not liable for decisions made based on your roadmap, or for outcomes related to admissions, eligibility, or employment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of RoadmapMint is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted, and an order you have already paid for stays under the Terms that applied when you paid. If you do not agree with updated Terms, please stop using the service.
